ACL sees economic sustainability and innovation honoured

A Cimenteira do Louro was one of the nine companies in the municipality of Vila Nova de Famalicão that received the Created IN Sustainability & Innovation Award, an initiative of the city council that aims to recognise outstanding local companies in the fields of economic, social and environmental sustainability and innovation.

The mayor, Mário Passos, presented the award to the CEO of A Cimenteira do Louro, Dinis da Silva, during the Created IN Gala, held at the Palácio da Igreja Velha in Vermoim, attended by around 300 people.

A Cimenteira do Louro is proud of this public recognition after five decades of dedication, constant progress and innovation in the production of concrete-based building materials. Highlighting the innovative products launched in recent years by the company, based in the parish of Louro.

A Cimenteira do Louro sees the municipal honour not only as recognition, but also as a strong stimulus for the future. ACL will continue to orientate its activity on the principles of innovation and sustainability.
